Solaris Resources has established a collaboration with the Pueblo Shuar Arutam organization and local communities in Ecuador to improve community relations and promote sustainable mining practices. The company has also wrapped up its infill drilling program at the Warintza Project, which will lead to a new Mineral Resource Estimate and a Pre-Feasibility Study due in Q3 2025.
Solaris Resources has announced the formation of an Inter-Institutional working group consisting of the Pueblo Shuar Arutam (PSHA) organization, local communities, and the Ecuadorian State. This partnership, formalized by a Letter of Intent signed on February 5, 2025, is intended to enhance dialogue and cooperation, thereby strengthening the company’s community relations and promoting its sustainable mining practices.
In addition to community collaboration, Solaris concluded its infill drilling program at the Warintza Project, which will facilitate a revised Mineral Resource Estimate by mid-2025. This estimate is expected to inform a Pre-Feasibility Study projected for completion in the third quarter of 2025, reflecting Solaris’s dedication to responsible resource development.
Solaris Resources is making significant strides in fostering community collaboration through its partnership with PSHA and completing crucial drilling activities at the Warintza Project. These efforts demonstrate its commitment to sustainable mining and may enhance its competitive position in the industry, ultimately benefiting all stakeholders involved.
