Other participating nations include Algeria, Russia, the Netherlands, Canada, Italy, France, Iran, Brazil, Latvia, the Philippines, Spain, Thailand, Myanmar, India, and China.
South Sudan is proudly represented by three talented athletes: Abednego Thon, also known as Wizzy, Sky Okony, and James Majok Gau. Puro Okello Oboo, the President of the South Sudan Kickboxing Federation (SSKF), asserted the fighters’ readiness to secure victory on behalf of the nation. He stated, “We are traveling to Thailand to represent South Sudan in the ongoing championship. The fighters are prepared and will bring good results.”
Wizzy conveyed his appreciation for the chance to represent his country, expressing optimism about their performance. “We are happy to represent South Sudan.
