Additionally, Hezbollah’s Secretary General, Naim Qassem, stated that the group will not allow any Israeli presence in southern Lebanon, highlighting Hezbollah’s ongoing strength and dedication to national defense. In a televised discussion, Qassem affirmed that Hezbollah remains prepared for military engagement, despite having ceased operations during a ceasefire agreement.
On domestic governance, Qassem reiterated Hezbollah’s commitment to stabilizing the nation and supported the authority of security forces over internal security matters.
