The label’s first release is a joint EP titled “Cyber Alien Communication” by HearThuG and Cybercafé, scheduled for March 28, 2025. The label collaborates with ECHO7000, a recent umbrella organization of several collectives.
A new electronic music label, Sequence Records, has launched in Rabat, Morocco. This label is established by the collective known as Sqnc, which has played a significant role in the Moroccan music scene since its inception in 2018, promoting artists like Rhadoo, Raresh, tINI, and Vlada. Additionally, Sqnc has collaborated with three other Moroccan collectives to form a new organization called ECHO7000.
The inaugural release from Sequence Records is a split EP titled “Cyber Alien Communication,” featuring contributions from Tunisian artist HearThuG and label founder Cybercafé, also known as Adam Dirk’heim. Their collaborative efforts began in 2022, and the EP is set to be released on March 28, 2025, with KMA60 managing its distribution.
