Ahmed Al-Sahaf, the Chargé d’Affairs of the Iraqi embassy in Tripoli, recently engaged in discussions with Imad Al-Sayeh, the head of Libya’s National High Commission for Elections. The focus of their dialogue was on exchanging knowledge and expertise in election management and enhancing the performance of electoral personnel.
Al-Sahaf noted that the Libyan National High Commissioner expressed enthusiasm about establishing a memorandum of understanding with Iraq’s Independent High Electoral Commission, aiming to bolster cooperation in organizing electoral operations.
