Additionally, the Ambassador conveyed greetings and best wishes from Party General Secretary Tô Lâm and State President Luong Cuong to President Chapo on his recent election as Chairman of the Mozambique Liberation Front (Frelimo) and his subsequent inauguration. She extended an invitation from the Vietnamese leaders for President Chapo to visit Vietnam in the near future.
