This year also marks two significant anniversaries: the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Bolivia and the 200th anniversary of Bolivia’s independence.

Minister Sosa highlighted the strong partnership between Bolivia and China and acknowledged the productive meeting between their respective heads of state. She emphasized the expansive potential of bilateral cooperation in various sectors such as economy, trade, and technology. Gratified by China’s support, Sosa reaffirmed Bolivia’s priority in diplomatic relations with China and its adherence to the one-China principle.
