During a joint press stakeout in Ankara, PM Sharif remarked on the progress made since their last high-level strategic council meeting and emphasized collaboration in key sectors including energy, IT, and infrastructure.
Prime Minister Sharif emphasized that defense and security cooperation is essential to Pakistan-Turkiye relations. He expressed gratitude for Turkiye’s consistent backing in counter-terrorism efforts, referencing a recent terrorist attack in Balochistan that resulted in significant civilian casualties.
