Tashia Kalondo, the newly elected Secretary of the Namibia Amateur Ladies Golf Union (NALGU), praised the combination of the two tournaments for providing an excellent competitive platform for female golfers. Dan Zwiebel, founder of DZ Golf and organizer of the Nedbank for Good Series, supported Kalondo’s sentiments, noting that this collaboration marked a significant milestone. He mentioned future discussions on incorporating NALGU into the series, which may enhance the development of women’s golf in the region.

He urged other corporations to invest in women’s golf development and commended the efforts of the organizers and co-sponsors that contributed to the tournaments’ success. The proceeds from this year’s series will benefit Agra ProVision, dedicated to supporting underserved agricultural communities.
