According to Suleiman, the group aims to closely monitor the performance of political institutions, spot areas of dysfunction, and suggest viable, reform-driven solutions. Included in their strategy are plans for a variety of supporting activities. These range from developing media platforms to organizing public programs and policy forums.

The overarching goal is to encourage civic participation and accountability among the population. Furthermore, Suleiman expressed a keen interest in nurturing a local elite in al-Anbar that is able to stimulate progress in various sectors, ultimately aiding national stability and institutional growth.
